COLLECTION AND USE OF INFORMATION

I respect my visitor's right to privacy. I collect and use information on my web site, only as disclosed in this Privacy Policy. This statement applies solely to the information collected on this web site and not on any site linking to or from this web site. For each visitor to my web site, the web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the users domain or e-mail address. It simply recognizes the users geographical location determined by IP address as well as basic information regarding the users Internet browser. This information is used solely to improve the site to ensure it works as intended for all users. This information is not shared in any way.

THE USE OF COOKIES

This site does not directly use cookies to track or maintain any user information. We rely on third party tracking services to determine visitor statistics such as Google Analytics and Statcounter, as well as server installed stats.

However, the disabling or deleting cookies will not hamper or deter users from viewing this site.

FORMS USED

In order to use this web site, visitors are not required to complete any forms, or submit any personal information. If users decide to use the forms offered to contact Creative Compulsions, the information provided will be used solely to contact the user if required. Information is not sold or used for any other purpose.

NEWSLETTER

On rare occasions, when priority is needed, I will contact all my clients via a newsletter format to inform them of an upcoming event that may effect service, or of any other vitally import information. This is not a general newsletter mailing and will not be sent unless extremely important. All other news and update information can be obtained from my official blog.

CONFLICT RESOLUTION

I am committed to resolving all disputes within 2 business days. If any problem should arise, users may contact me through the use my contact form, or via the info on the right side of this page.

SPAM & EMAIL

I do not send out unsolicited information. If I contact users it is because I have received a request from said user. I use email to transmit all information to clients, unless otherwise requested. If you feel you were emailed in error, please notify me so I can correct.

If you were expecting an email, but did not get it, please first check your "Junk" or "Bulk" or "Spam" folders to ensure my message did not get moved there accidentally. If it did, please add me to your address book or Whitelist to prevent this int he future. IF no message was recieved, please call me at the number on the right and I will investigate.

NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES

If I decide to change this privacy policy, I will post those changes to this privacy statement.

DEPOSITS, COPYRIGHT & REFUNDS

All new projects are subject to a 25% deposit before work can begin, with balance due upon completion.

All deposits are refundable (minus processing fees) up until work has begun. After this time, a refund is still possible, but will be reduced by the amount of work that has been done. EXAMPLE: $100 deposit paid. 3 hours work done to chosen design when refund requested. 3hours x $25/hr = $75.00. Amount refunded will be $25.00

All designs are owned and belong to Shop XSitePro / Creative Compulsions until the final balance is paid, at which time all rights are transferred over to the employer.

All examples in the various portfolio's on this site, are owned by the client who paid for them. I use them as examples of my work, and do not retain any of their copyrights after clients have paid for them. If any client so desires, I can remove their image.

TESTIMONIALS

From time to time I will display positive comments from my clients in my testimonials section. This is used for promotions only, and no other information is shared. Unless permission is given by a client, I will not divulge any more information other than name, and the testimonial.

LINKS

This site maintains a small list of links to other web sites, some are clients, others are links I find useful. I have no control over any content on these sites and I cannot be held responsible for any content found on those sites. However, if anyone finds anything objectionable or malicious on any of these sites, please contact me so I can review and possibly remove offending site. My clients are important to me and I do not want to tarnish their experience by promoting poor sites.
