PayPal Fixed

There was an issue with Paypal where they wanted to charge almost everyone $5 for shipping.

I spent an hour on the phone with them yesterday and they insisted they were not the problem, problem was with the cart code. Even though the shipping did not get added until you went to pay via PayPal.

I confirmed several times with the cart provider that the charge was not coming from there, but from PayPal, and made another call to them today.

20 minutes later, problem resolved.

$5 charge is no longer there for shipping.
